What rate will the actors charge?
This very much depends on the type of project you are casting. We are not a traditional agency and do not negotiate rates for the actors or take any commission from their fee. Typically you should offer the actors a fee based on Equity rates, or better still, an Equity contract. It is then down to the individual actor (or their representative) to agree the rate prior to signing a contract. We will refuse outright any commercial* work attempting to offer payment that falls well below the industry standards or equivalent Equity rates. You must state the rate being offered for any commercial project in your breakdowns, postings and in any messages sent to actors via this website.
