What Reporting Tools are typically used with Uniface?
There are a growing number of reporting tools on the market, many will run on more than one platform, but some are platform-specific (mainly Windows). The following is a (non-exhaustive) list of the more well-known applications: Microsoft Office 4.2 and Microsoft Office 95 Standard Edition Microsoft provides a query tool MS-Query with Office 4.2 and above. The applications that comprise MS-Office Standard Edition (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are ODBC-compatible with these versions, and can be used to pull in data either dynamically (that is, the data is refreshed every time the document is opened) or as a “one-off” exercise.
