What resources are available in the Dudley H. Davis Student Center to meet the audio–visual (AV) and technical needs for my program/event?
Every major meeting and program space in the Davis Center will be fitted with built–in LCD projectors, automated projection screens, DVD and VHS set–ups. Two of our fixed meeting rooms, The Spruce Room and the Chittenden Bank Room will be available for conference calling. We are currently exploring the option of video–conferencing services. Major spaces including both ballrooms, will be fitted w/ built–in wireless receivers for microphones, and a range of options that can be discussed based on the nature and scope of your event. A dedicated crew led by a technical services manager is on hand to assist with planning and coordination of your program and event.
