What rules will be applied if two users are logged on simultaneously (e.g. in case of Terminal Server) to the same computer?
It doesn’t matter how many and which users are logged on the same computer. The only thing that really affects the rules procedure is what user’s (security) context has a process (thread) that is trying to access a network. It works exactly as do file’s and folder’s permissions on an NTFS partition.
