What short-term economic reports are published by the Banco de España?
The Banco de España publishes a monthly Boletín Económico (economic bulletin) which includes an article on recent developments in the Spanish economy. The January, April, July/August and October editions contain an “Informe Trimestral” (quarterly report) on the Spanish economy. This bulletin also offers the main economic indicators, information about the Banco de España and articles on economic, monetary and financial topics. An Informe Anual (Annual Report) is published in June each year with information on the Spanish, European and international economies, developments in markets and financial intermediaries, and the Banco de España’s annual accounts. This report is accompanied by an address by the Governor of the Banco de España. The Informe Trimestral is translated and published in the quarterly “Economic Bulletin”. The Annual Report is also published in English.
