What should be done if donations come in and a member drops?
If donations come in and a member drops, we give that member the option of either returning the funds to each supporting individual, or else putting those funds into the “team fund.” Any money that has already been spent on that individual (i.e. if their plane ticket has been purchased and part of the ticket is not refundable) will not be returned.
