What should be order for preparation of Manuscript?
Generally, book start with a half title page, full title page, copyright page, dedication page, content page, foreword, acknowledgment, glossary page, introduction page and preface as a starting pages of book. Then main text of book will be in chapters format. Appendix page, footnotes page, glossary page, reference page, bibliography page generally comes at the end of book.
