My son has eczema and I usually wash his clothes in regular detergent, but buy the dye- and perfume-free versions. We like Arm and Hammer Free or All Free. His eczema improves considerably in the summer and worsens in the winter. The one thing that definitely irritates it is bubble baths. Maybe it’s too much drying soap. Regular baths are fine and we just use the yellow Johnson’s baby bath for him on a washcloth and then rinse. We didn’t make any dietary changes for his skin, but I am interested in seeing if others have seen some significant benefits by changing their child’s food. Best wishes.

wash her clothes and sheets and towels in the most mild and natural soup you can find on the market-something simple-lux flakes-there should be natural products on the supermarket or if failing that-health shop-and with her diet foods that usually cause allergies can be dairy-wheat- and acid forming foods-and of course anything with nasty colour’s and preservatives and additives -junk food-contact a natrapath for more info and also look on the net about it-good luck
