What Side Effects Have Been Associated with BOTOX®?
The most frequently reported treatment-related adverse reactions in BOTOX® Clinical Studies conducted by the Allergan Company (maker of BOTOX®) are: droopy eyelids (21%), inflammation of the cornea (6%) and eye dryness (6%). In general, adverse reactions occur within the first week following injection of BOTOX® and, while generally transient, may last several months.
