What sort of documentation is included with Tadds?
A> Tadds has extensive online help documention describing the key forms, reports and processes, with most data fields or action buttons having a “hint-tip” text which is displayed at the bottom of the screen when the field or button is is selected. In addition, a Users’ Guide booklet is provided to licensed users. For new users just starting out, there is the Demo system and a related Tutorial file which introduces the user to the various Tadds functions, forms and reports. In addition, there are a couple of locally-printable Reference Cards that provide tips on how to accomplish the more common tasks such as creating an event schedule or printing a student work permit or letter. Finally, a checklist is provided to help the user collect the data necessary for initializing the Tadds database with non-demo user data.
