Walking requires too much time, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who has any type of schedule. Some basic tips: Increase your water in take. Increase your protein intake. Reduce your carbohydrate intake, and any carbs you do eat should be from good sources, such as green vegetables, and brown bread.
