Please include the version of TRAK you are working with. Phone Support We are glad to provide phone support. The first two phone calls after initial purchase or annual renewal are free. We reserve the right to charge for additional calls at $25 per 30 minute segments. If the call is the result of a bug in the software, or is not covered in other training material, there will be no charge.
