The business support contract provide specially designed workshops for registered childminders. There is also an information helpline funded through the NCMA strategic grant: Freephone: 0800 169 4486 Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm In addition, all LA business support officers will be encouraged and supported in developing strategies for supporting childminders.
