You will need to be registered as self employed in the first instance, and within three months of the first client. Once self employed you also need to pay National Insurance Contribution as well as this is future pension related. Once registered as self employed the Inland Revenue will send you a huge amount of information relevant to being self employed. Vat is only on a certain turnover and all the information on these taxes is available on the main Government site. Whilst I admire you ambition I feel you may struggle with this one as the internet gives people access to a huge network of information on an instant basis you need to ask yourself would you actually pay someone 15% of what you earn to some one for something you can set up yourself. I would not. I am self employed and I source all my own contacts on my own either by face to face contact or on line or by phone. There are lists and lists of specialists and name available on line.
