When you open your PartyAccount, then you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use. Every time you log in, you then continue to agree to these terms. If you expressly do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions of Use, and any amendments, or modifications that we may make to them at any point, then you will not be able to open an account with us, or you will have to close your account with us.
