Our pastor, Fr, Jerry Slowinski, has dual duties here at St. Jane Frances de Chantal, and at the Marriage Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Detroit. For these reasons, if a Funeral Mass is to take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, we strongly recommend that it would be scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Times for Funeral Masses on Thursday, Friday or Saturday can vary to some degree based on whether there are other services or activities scheduled in the Church. If Fr. Jerry is not available due to his dual duties, the staff of St. Jane Frances de Chantal would be happy to assist you with arranging for a priest. The stipend for the visiting priest would be the responsibility of the family.
