Reboot the PC and run Reimage in safe mode with networking. It will run faster and smoother. To do that just hold down your F8 key while windows is booting up and when prompted choose “Safe-mode with Networking” and click Yes when prompted to use the machine under safe mode (Don’t continue to system Restore), than just proceed as you did before, this should resolve the freezing/download issue.
