What toppings and condiments go well on salmon burgers?
As fish burgers are often paired with mayo, I’d go with something along that route, but with more flair. Try adding some roasted garlic or fresh dill to some mayo to make a homemade topping. A relish made with capers would also pair well with salmon, as would anything with lemon. If you want to go Asian inspired, have some fried garlic slices, some scallions and a sauce made with miso or teriyaki in it. For side dishes, I’d recommend either a nice spicy coleslaw or some sweet potato fries. Toss the sweet potatoes with some garlic powder, brown sugar and olive oil before baking/frying.
