Level 1 and Level 2 training are included. Level 1 training is located on the EIS installation disk, along with the Basic User Manual. One half-day of one-on-one EIS training is included with the purchase and is conducted either in person or via the internet (dependant on package purchased). Please contact your distributor for details.
