What type of communication should I expect fron ACS after I sign up?
You will receive updates by mail from each of the three credit bureaus within 30-45 days of each round of disputes. We do not receive or provide any updates during this period. The letters you receive are for your records only, and all we need is a copy of them, but you can feel free to call your Account Executive if you have any questions.
