A. They are .jpg files and yes they can be used in conjunction with a graphics program such as Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Ulead Photo Express and GIMP to name just a few examples. A graphics program is the programme you use to edit your photographs, to cure “red eye”, crop images, change colours etc.
