The Trainer mounts above the right ear with Velcro. You need to wear headgear with Velcro material in the area above your right ear to use the Trainer. We offer four choices: (1) headbands (included with the base unit), (2) visors, (3) caps, (4) stick-on Velcro patches for your own headgear (also included). In a class setting, one popular method is to put the headband with the Ultimate Balance Trainer over the student’s own cap.
