What type of locations is A-List looking for?
• A typical location will be in either an existing single screen theater building, such as may be found as a historical preservation site or in a redevelopment area, or a dual-use venue such as a restaurant, large coffee shop, night club, bowling alley, church, and other retail venues with appropriate square footage. In all cases, locations should have good visibility, strong traffic patterns and good signage placement, as well as be within a short drive from a residential neighborhood. A-List also encourages the building of new single screen theater venues, thereby reviving the neighborhood movie theater tradition and incorporating the newest audience amenities and conveniences.
