What type of recognition program does Handango have for its employees?
At Handango, we truly appreciate our employees and believe in recognizing them for a job well done! Employees are given the opportunity each month to pat each other on the back with a Handango High Five, which gets read aloud at each monthly team meeting. Our managers look to reward their employees for outstanding work with a Spotlight on Excellence Award. Employees who go above and beyond to own internal and external issues and are passionate about driving results are nominated for our quarterly Passion for Owning It award. And perhaps the greatest reward is to receive one of our annual awards — Rookie of the Year, Handango Champion Award, Shareholder of the Year or one of our 5 Guiding Principle Awards. These are just a few ways team members can give and receive recognition for excellence.
