We specialize in residential remodeling and construction. The type of projects we handle are: second stories, room additions, remodels, additions, kitchens and total home renovations. Our company does not do any new home building, commercial building, tenant improvement, apartments or condos. Does Murray Lampert Construction charge for estimates? If the estimate is for a “homeowner” most of the time there is no charge. In rare cases, after inspecting the property, if there are any structural concerns requiring an engineer’s opinion, a fee will be quoted prior to there being any obligation.
