The Modulus Fluorometer accommodates 10×10 mm plastic (methacrylate) square cuvettes (P/N 7000-959). The minimum volume is 2 mL. The optional Minicell Adaptor (P/N 9200-928) requires the borosilicate minicell cuvette. The minimum volume for the minicell cuvette is 50 uL and the maximum volume is 250 uL.
