What types of questions should Joe Applicant be ready to answer during an interview with Pam Black-Colton?
The questions are generally based on the applicant’s specific background. We have the resume, we have the entire application package, so rather than developing a set of canned questions, we really try to tailor the questions to the applicant’s background. Maybe I’ll have you give me a little bit more information about the responsibilities you had in your particular [work] position, or tell me about a team experience you had at some point or another and how that worked for you.
