At 5 Twenty Four Angliana we include all of your utilities. You will pay your monthly rent and that will include: cable, electric, water, sewage, internet, parking, trash, access to all amenities, etc. ONE BILL for everything.

While you can include all Utilities in our “All Inclusive Plan”, Water and Trash is included in All apartments.In addition, Heat and “Hot” Water is included in the 1 BR Lg.** 1 BR w/Den, 2 BR** 2 BR Lg.** & 3 BR** as indicated with the double star ( ** ) on the layouts.
