The eLaunch program is written for Eclipse 3.1. However, since eLaunch allows arbitrary Eclipse command line arguments to be specified, any older or newer version of Eclipse should work with eLaunch. Note that not all Eclipse configuration parameters available on the eLaunch configuration dialog may be supported by a version of Eclipse older or newer than 3.1.
