What was the forbidden fruit that Eve and Adam ate from?
Although the forbidden fruit is commonly thought to be an apple, it would seem that this fruit would be something that is no longer seen on Earth. Some traditions belive it was a pomegranite, possibly b/c pomegranites have been sacred in other religions. One of my religious studies professors believes the forbidden fruit was *probably* a fig, since A & E covered their nudity w/ fig leaves.
