The evaluation for the RARPA projects has been undertaken by LSC, NIACE and the LSDA. The LSC would like to develop methods of collecting the information which are easily manageable for providers (and therefore stays in line with the spirit of RARPA) but supplies the information the LSC needs about learner and provider experiences in order to develop the Approach.
