What Web features and services are available to registered myProvidence users?
All registered myProvidence members may login to access the following features: • Edit your myProvidence account information. • Providence Health Plan members see exceptions • Pre-register for a surgical or hospital visit. • Pre-register for your baby’s delivery. Registered Providence Health Plan (PHP) members may access these additional features: • View your medical claims online. If you would prefer that your claims not be displayed, you may opt-out of this feature by calling Customer Service. • View your plan details in your summary of benefits and handbook. • Order a replacement member identification (ID) card. • Search for participating providers in your plan. Registered Providence Health Plan PEBB members also may use these special features: • Select your medical home clinic and physician/provider.
