What were your symptoms when you were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer?
Hi frank bell
I read your querry and understood it too
Symptoms of pancreatic cancer vary from no symptoms to severe symptoms
initially a person with pancreatic cancer may not have any symptoms at all
but afterwards the symptoms can be either due to pressure effects on the pancreatic duct and the common bile duct leading to jaundice and symptoms related to it, or if it involves the stomach it may present as vommiting indigestion etc. if the pancreatic cancer is involving the hormone secreting cells then it may lead to frequent spells of fainting due to hypoglycemia and a person may feel lethargic and weight loss symptoms. Moreover a palpable mass or swelling can be seen in epigastrium or severe pain in centre of abdopmen radiating at back which increases on lying down and relieves, to some extent, on bending forward.
I hope your querry is answered.
