What will I be expecting at a WHSmith interview?
I would recommend you look at their website and familiarise yourself with a little bit about the company. WHS are a long established company founded in 19… or whatever. Your initial interview will probably be at an individual basis. They want to find out if you are what they are looking for. They are obviously happy with your application. That’s why they want to interview you. They are looking for a “team player” someone who can work with others, someone who will be good with customers. Don’t worry, it will NOT be what is called a “Stress interview” and you should relax. Note: I would not lie because you WILL be caught out. Just be yourself. WHS are interested in you and your upcoming interview is a good way to sell yourself. Good luck! Judging by your post, you sound like an intelligent person and I’m sure you will get the job.
