What would cause fainting, temporary vision loss and other things?

Very possibly this could be a TIA/ Transient ischemic attack. This a condition where the brain suffers a lack of oxygen due to a temporary loss blood for some reason. It could be a vascular problem to the blood supplying a portion of the brain. After a short while the blood supply returns and things are once again normal. An MRI could reveal some vascular problems, and a tumor if one were present. So since the MRI revealed no tumor then the idea of a vascular problem still remains. If you smoke, quit, and check your blood pressure for hypertension. This may require an angiogram to determine if a TIA is the cause. The real danger here is the possibility of a subsequent stroke. I would be talking to a neurologist about this pronto.
