According to the Conservancy’s Articles of Incorporation, the property of the Conservancy is irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes and if dissolution is required, all the Conservancy’s assets would be transferred exclusively for charitable purposes, as directed by the Attorney General of the State of California.
