What would you recommend as the first steps for someone wanting to use ArcGIS at Penn State?
All of the PCs in PRI’s computer lab in 806 Oswald run the latest version of ArcGIS. An earlier version of ArcView is also available through the UNIX network. ArcView is also available at any of the CAC Windows and UNIX computer labs on campus.
