INGREDIENTS 2 1/4 cups cake flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 4 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 4 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons milk DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Spray one 13×9 inch cake pan with cooking oil spray. Mix the flour, white sugar, 4 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Pour dry ingredients into the prepared pan.
