Whats best for me – a set program or ad hoc coaching?
The Love the Life You Live coaching program is a ten step process, of which the first four are the most critical. If you have not been coached before, committing to completing the first four steps will achieve a better life balance. During that time, you can steer the coaching process towards whatever areas need the most attention – your Coach will adapt the program to suit. Also, there’s a substantial coaching fee discount for committing to the first four steps. Even so, there are no contracts to sign – you’re in control. Thereafter, you can be coached irregularly, usually on an hourly basis. Long-term clients are charged a pro rata hourly fee, as required. If you’ve been coached before, you may wish to employ the Coach ad hoc , that is, a session at a time – the choice is yours. Don’t forget, the Coach offers a FREE no obligation, no pressure half hour consultation to new clients to discuss what you would like to gain from coaching.
