Whats causing the leaves of my potted marigolds to become pale and mottled?
Red-spotted spider mite, a sucking pest, is the likely cause. This pest flourishes during hot, dry weather, living on the juices extracted from plant leaves and leaving a chlorophyll-free spot at each feeding site.
