When you place your order for Biznet MetroNET Prepaid Internet Service, you are required to purchase and pay Biznet MetroNET Starter Pack. After that, we will schedule an appointment time for a Biznet technician to come to your home/office to conduct the installation process. When we visit your home/office for installation according to the schedule, if the person in charge or assigned person is not available so we cannot do the installation, then you are required to reschedule appointment time with our Customer Care Specialist. You also required to pay the rescheduling fee.
