Whats the difference between a CONDITIONAL and a NON-CONDITIONAL license?

A. If you have completed only the Real Estate Principles course when you apply for the salesperson’s license, you will be issued a CONDITIONAL license: i.e., it is issued on condition that you complete the other two required courses within 18 months. If you have completed all three of the required courses by the time you apply for the salesperson’s license, you will be issued a NONCONDITIONAL license.
