CALL TRANSFER is used while you are on an actual call and you wish to initiate a new call to a third person. When the new call is set up to the third person, you will be disconnected, leaving the other two parties speaking to each other. CALL FORWARD is used when you decide to transfer all new incoming calls to one specific number.
