What’s the difference between Export Spread and Ship Spread?
Exporting spreads is for use in moving pages from computer to computer. Exported pages may not contain imported digital images. Shipping spreads is the correct way to submit pages to Taylor for yearbook production. A spread must be Shippable in order for Taylor to produce the pages. If the spreads contain imported images, only the Shipping process will gather the complete files. Shipped spreads also encode the pages with school specific information. Taylor needs to be able to tell one school’s pages from another.
