What’s the difference between forms in the INCOMPLETE and INVALID columns?

Incomplete forms are those forms for which one or more modules have been added but the form has not yet been submitted for “sign off”, which initiates the validation checking process. When the sign-off validation is done, the forms status will change from INCOMPLETE to either INVALID or VALIDATED.
