Whats the difference between static and dynamic pages?
A Static Page is created by a Website Designer and is posted to the server so it can be called-up by a user. It resides on the server at all times. An example of a static page is the front page of a typical web site. A dynamic page is built on-the-fly by a program residing on the server. The page is instantly built when it’s called-up by the user. An example of a dynamic page is an invoice that appears after a user places an order on an online shopping cart.
