Telecourse A telecourse is a self-study approach to learning comprised of three instructional components: textbook, study guide, and videos. Assignments and telecourse information are usually exchanged via the U.S. mail system or, in some cases, via email. Some telecourses use ANGEL for assignment submission and communication. Some telecourses start after the main MCC course start date. Check the course schedule dates. Online Course Online courses are supported by a computer, modem, and access to the Internet. Access online course materials, your instructor, and other online classmates at any time and from any place with Internet access. Online course instructors use ANGEL to deliver course materials, host class discussions, collect assignments, and give quizzes/tests. Hybrid Course Hybrid courses meet on campus for a reduced amount of time, and the rest of the course is delivered online. Return to Top • How do I register for a distance education course?
