What’s the differnce between dying hair and bleaching hair?
dying your hair is really dying it any color. bleaching it means its going to turn your hair blonde or white…usually, people bleach their hair when they want to die their hair a different color like pink or blue. they bleach it so that their hair turns white, then it takes to whatever hair color they want better. so if they want it blue, its not a mix of blue and brown or anything.
