Whats the evidence for psychodynamic therapy?
We found one review that looked at the results of one small study on psychodynamic therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).[1] It found that psychodynamic therapy did help with some of the symptoms of PTSD. For example, it helped some people stop avoiding doing things because of PTSD.
