Whats the minimum technical requirements for practitioners systems to be able to use NECS?
This will be finalised when we are in the build phase of the NECS. Currently we are still developing the final model for NECS. But generally speaking, practitioners will need to have at least a secure broadband Internet connection and if they are the Subscriber or Certifier to the NECS, they will require a digital signature certificate.
